As our ring side metaphor, Valued Concern's final contender for the heavy weight crown may at first barely seem to tip the scales, yet it's still close enough to declare weight and worth inseparable components. Because all too often, the meat of a matter may lie in eyes of the beholder. So in the fight game, a common concern could just as easily come out of his corner swinging like a mad Irishman. Taking the title before the end of the first flurry. In short, substance and value aren't necessarily equals.

To assuage any doubt, just imagine how mad you would be if during a second cappuccino you realized that the local paper had not only cheated you out of your favorite comic strip via an intended omission, but had also declared war on your first amendment rights?  Well, a recent Washington Post article depicted just such a Doonesbury cartoon caper.  While worse yet, those types of tiny annoyances tend to crop up more than one cares to count.

Simply placing a concern into a common place category shouldn't reduce or negate its value. So, if you are still steaming about an early morning assault on your loony liberties, then permit us to pen some cunning quips.

Afterwards, if you decide to broaden the scope of your assault with additional letters to the local, state, and federal agencies, who are supposedly acting as the guardians for these less than comical indiscretions, just remember our motto: we are here to HELP when your calendar is full.

More recently, our writing service has observed vast delinquencies in America's Customer Service systems. Calling a computer firm to resolve a software and/or hardware crisis has evolved into an outsourced extravaganza. Speaking with representatives whose pronunciation problem creates more problems than can normally resolved, just doesn't cut it. The outsourcing of Customer Service jobs to countries who spell out their phrases out with imprecise Military code never ceases to amaze me.  A customer service concern that reverts to having complaints expressed by; A=Alpha, C=Charlie etc. , until finally a short phrase is formed to may or may not fix a problem, borders on insanity. But that's frequently what happens when calling in a complaint.

Valued Concerns understands these communication breakdowns, and acknowledges that  well written customer service complaints best suits these situations. The Corporate World pays far more attention to complaints made in writing, than a phone conversation that can be erased and forgotten before lunch. Allowing us to draft your customer service concern stacks the odds in your favor.

Let us Write On: in your behalf.
